Covid19 Guidance

To help us all with the new normal, we have a few guidelines below.

What we are doing:

• In salon guidelines available on arrival

• Screens between all sections/reception/nail bar

• All of the Indigo team will be in required PPE including face masks and/or visors

• For now, we are unable to offer hot drinks. However, bottled water is available

• For now, we are unable to offer magazines – feel free to bring your own reading material. Wifi is available

• Toilet facilities will be available to use and cleaned throughout the day

• All sections and equipment will be sanitised between clients, and a clean gown for every client

• We are staggering appointment times and allowing additional time for cleaning throughout the day

• ‘Semi private’ room available for vulnerable or those who require extra shielding – please speak to our reception team when booking

• Bank transfer/app and contactless/card payments where possible

• Separate exit available at busy times

 

How you can help us:

Please bring a mask for you to wear during your appointment (that ideally secures behind your ears). Also available to buy at reception

• We ask for you to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will have an adverse effect. (You know who you are!) We may ask you to wait outside if our waiting area is busy

• Please come to your appointment alone. We ask for only one parent/guardian to accompany child cut appointment

• Upon arrival please use the automatic hand sanitiser available

• Help us maintain social distancing when moving throughout the salon

• Please only bring essentials with you, we are unable to store shopping bags etc

• If you or anyone in your household are unwell with Covid symptoms, please reschedule your appointment via phone/email

Cancellation policy

Appointments cancelled or moved at short notice are hard for us to fill. So we have a cancellation & rearrangement policy at the salon.


More than 48 hrs notice = no charge
Less than 48 hrs notice = 50% charge
Less than 24 hrs notice = 100% charge
No shows = 100% charge
