    Just a quick email to keep you posted on all things Indigo.


    Thank you to all who have bought products & gift cards towards their future appointments, liked or shared posts on social media - we really do appreciate your continued loyalty. If you would like  to purchase a gift card or need any products - please drop us an email. info@indigohairltd.co.uk 

    Now we have a preliminary date of July 4th (this may change) for opening the salon again we are working towards it.

    Although the nature of our job doesn't strictly allow for the 2m social distancing rule, we are attempting to put policies in place to help protect both you and us.

     

    • Visors and masks for staff & screens where possible
    • Hand sanitising stations throughout the salon
    • Disposable gowns to use if you wish
    • Please bring your own mask if you wish
    • Please pay via online bank transfer to reduce contact at the card terminal
    • We will dispense with the magazines, so please bring your own reading material
    • 2 meter distance between seats.This may mean some ingenious mirror placements
    • Additional cleaning and sanitation
    • Adapting the beauty room into salon space
    • Option to buy 2 of your own Itzi towels in the salon (projected price @ £6) in a resealable bag.http://www.itzitowels.com/ (so you can bring them with you on your consecutive visits. Please express an interest in this to allow for stock to be acquired)
    • We also welcome any of your suggestions...


    The benefit of the Parade salon being larger allows us to do this - we’re still not sure how we ever fitted into Regent street!


    Please be rest assured, once we know what any further government guidelines are we will work to meet these so you are all back being pampered (safely) ASAP.

     


    We will also address our opening times. Currently we are looking at shift patterns, possibly opening  7 days a week & 12 hours days as we will not be able to have a full staff complement in at the same time. We are drawing up the rotas now ….it is a bit of a headache...



    Once we have the rota and opening hours in place we will let you know when the diary is open again via a follow up newsletter.


    Please bear with us regarding appointments, the diary will be open soon & we will do our best to ensure you are all booked in at suitable times with your preferred stylist - but it is a learning curve for all of us! 


    We also may need extra information from you to ensure correct appointment timings - your usual 6 week root touch up may need longer if it’s now a 12 week re-growth etc. Also please be honest regarding home dyes/cuts - (no judgement) but this may also alter timings/service required and length of appointment time required..

    For now we have postponed online booking so before opening we can minimise duplicate bookings and unnecessary gaps in stylists diaries.


    The reception team knows how best to expedite the booking process with the tsunami of appointments we are expecting. As we are dealing with this remotely at present the best way to contact us currently is via email - for now at least - info@indigohairltd.co.uk

     



    A continued thank you to any key workers, for the rest of you we hope you are all staying safe at home, are home schooling like a boss, and have working from home down to a tee, and don’t forget… if all else fails - it’s always 5pm somewhere!
