Neil Hopkins
Director and Boss Man!
Neil opened Indigo’s doors in 2006 after 20 years of working as a self employed stylist. He wanted a place to grow a team of experienced stylists in a creative and relaxing environment for both staff and clients alike. After 12 years on Regent street, Boss man Neil opened Indigo’s new doors on the Parade in January 2018.
When Neil’s not in the salon you will often find him assisting top session stylists such as Eugene Souliman, Duffy, Martin Cullen, on fashion shows across the world. Once he’s home and back behind a chair at Indigo expect him to create the perfect look, men and women alike. He understands that a lot of women want to be feminine and glamorous without looking ‘overdone.’ Neil has an eye for detail paying attention to what style suits the individual, ensuring every client leaves with a style perfectly tailored to them. He also helps clients achieve their look at home with expert styling tips and practical advice.
Neil is now spending less time behind the chair, while he focuses on the business side of things (and is often our in house odd job man!).
Samantha Lea
Salon Manager and Glamour Puss
After being a client of Neil’s for ten years, he finally talked Sam into working for him! Working as our fabulous front of house Manager since 2010, you will find Sam usually is the first face you see as you walk into Indigo. Ready with a smile, a warm welcome (and a bit of glamour) she kicks starts your Indigo experience. We really don’t know what we would do without her!

Adele Smith
Director and Baking Enthusiast
We call her ‘The Swan’ mainly because she has the ability to glide around the salon in the calmest of manners. Neil’s right hand (wo)man and adviser...Indigo would be lost without her. A truly amazing hairdresser and the top of her game in all fields – she is an Aveda colour ambassador. Adele has a thirst for knowledge and loves developing her techniques. Her ability of just ‘knowing’ the right look for each client is an art form in itself. When she’s not baking up a storm in the kitchen, you will find her creating flawless, wearable and lived in hair, for real people.

Danielle Lee
Director and Pocket Rocket
Though she be little, she is fierce!’ and we mean that in the nicest possible way. Danielle demonstrates a vast knowledge of all things hair, including being an Aveda colour ambassador – she is always our go to girl when we need a second opinion on our colour pallet choice. She has a unique understanding of what styles and shapes that best suit the individual. Danielle also coordinates all of Indigos in house training and workshops for our junior members of staff. Working for Indigo since 2008 she has worked her way to the top of the Indigo ladder.

Experienced and passionate, Jeni has a varied and creative background, specialising in occasion hair, including Vintage Styling. She has worked with some of the top names in The Fashion Show industry and loves nothing more than a creative challenge, making people feel and look fabulous. A fun, approachable, chatty gal who will make your experience at Indigo one to remember.

Our braiding sensation and styling queen, will not only get you festival ready but she’ll create hair that shows off the best version of you! Another home grown talent of Indigo, Chloe started as an apprentice and has now developed her own unique style. Joining the creative team of stylists she’s often called for work on Fashion week and hair exhibitions. Chloe is very approachable, a great listener with a fun and playful attitude to hair. She will make your Indigo experience the best it can be.

Grace joined the Indigo team after a career change in 2020 (about two weeks prior to a national lockdown!)
After offering occasion and bridal styling in her spare time, Grace wanted to retrain and also work as a salon stylist.
Her natural flare, and effortless touch, was obvious immediately!
Wedding or event hair is usually her domain, but she loves being behind the chair in the salon too, building relationships with her clients, to offer them the perfect individual look!

Lucy Kindness
Graduate stylist
Our lovely Lucy, what can we say…..a gentle, kind soul inside and out. After completing her apprenticeship with us, she is the first to achieve a distinction in all 9 units of her hairdressing training (Well Done Girl!) and so we were more than delighted to offer her a graduate stylist position here at Indigo.
Lucy already has a strong colour knowledge and particularly is enjoying cutting and styling. We look forward to watching Lucy blossom further in her career and building on her growing clientele.

Our wonderful Bettina, Registered Nurse, Independent Nurse Prescriber and leading Lady of Skin Time aesthetics . Bettina has been an Aesthetic Practitioner for 10 years and is proficient in administering Botox and Dermal Fillers. Bettina’s calming and reassuring nature will ensure you receive the highest level of treatment. Her aim is to ‘freshen, not freeze’ offering only the best in facial rejuvenation.Indigo is delighted to have Bettina on our team and forever grateful for keeping us looking at our best.

Zoe Rogers

After relocating to Warwickshire, Zoe joined the Indigo clan in 2019 – Dividing her time between front of house and our nail bar. On reception Zoe works her magic, effortlessly organising the entire team (and often clients!) Always going that extra mile to make you comfortable!
With 13 years experience as a nail technician, Zoes passion for nails is contagious! An utter perfectionist, she has a level of attention to detail we didn’t know was possible!
Nail appointments with Zoe are available Thursdays – Saturdays (where possible this can also be done during your colour development!)

Stefania Caserta
Receptionist
The Italian Beauty
Stefania is our wonderful full time receptionist, who makes up one third of our ‘power house’ reception team. You may not catch her the minute we open though, as her watch is still set to Italian time!
Stefania previously worked within hospitality in both Italy and the UK and this shows in her caring and hardworking nature. She is the face behind Indigo’s online sales and efficiently makes sure everyone receives their hair parcels on time. What a treat!
Coffee in hand, she is trying her best to teach the Indigo Fam a little Italian…..might take a while…..but luckily she’s here to stay.
We are also assisted by a wide team of helpers! From receptionists to our apprentices and trainees – the next era of stylists – we couldn’t do our job without them!
